Palladun wrote:You are controlling the entrance to either an energy company worksite, or a private ranch. In some situations you just record traffic in and out and in others, you actually have authority to control access. Energy companies, to be politically correct, are the ones that usually prohibit firearms, while most ranchers encourage having, but not openly displaying one. We worked for one of the companies that was very ANTI firearm, they never checked our RV, but If they had tried, we would have just refused and waited for a new gate through the company we worked for. One gate we worked, both the energy company and the rancher owner encouraged we have one readily available.
I just joined, don't under stand what you are guarding,
I always carry firearms in my unit. ( never drugs or liqueur ) of no kind.

Lots of information here on most of the companies but nothing on Primo and only one or two for J&G or Swift.
Anyone have information they can share on well they service their guards?

We worked for GGs and was on a gate for Swift for 9 months. Very nice people, kinda laid back and didn't push real hard. Very easy to work for.
