- CavemanCharlieExplorer IIII like the concept. The reason I like my TT is that I can unhook and then use the pickup to go see the sights. This idea would be as easy to drive as a Class C and yet still allow you to use the truck to go drive around.
That being said, I would like a bathroom and the truck would need a solid deck to be legal around here. Easy to make a solid deck though. - Grit_dogNavigator^So is this rig like a 1/2 size sprinter or can it not drive in Europe?

FYI
There are no parking spots in all of Europe big enough for a pickup. We spent a few months driving around in a small Citroen and I would not want a bigger car. Sometimes we had to tuck in the mirrors to drive down narrow lanes. - frankdampExplorerWith the gas prices in Europe (over $6.00 a gallon in many places) you don't see many "big pick-ups". This rig looks like a cleverly designed alternative.
- Grit_dogNavigatorDefinitely unique and modern/retro looking. I think they're pretty cool and a good option for a TC in Europe where I don't believe there are many TC type campers available.
That said, just by design, I see a big pickup and TC being the more versatile combination. But good creative use of locally available resources. (Sprinter chassis and lumber). - fj12ryderExplorer IIIYeah, but sales brochures always look great. :)
- VeebyesExplorer IILimitations due to size aside the finish work looks very impressive.
- Big_KatunaExplorer IIWonder what the lav looks like. Probably cassette toilet with wet bath.
- bukhrnExplorer IIINovel idea, but evidently they don't have "Skeeters" in Holland, leave those back doors open with no screens near any lake around here and you'd be eaten alive. :E
- SidecarFlipExplorer IIIThe Aussie 'caravans' are much, much nicer.
