Is there a particular brand of tow bar you recommend?

We are planning on towing our 2014 Toyota Corolla behind our 25 ft freedom elite. We haven't bought a tow bar yet. Does anybody have any recommendations that has worked well for them and hasn't cause any headaches.

  • Don't forget, when you get that brand new tow bar to install it with a bolt and metallic self locking nut.
Using a quick type pin, is a certain way to loose the tow bar. those who steal these won't bring wrenches.
  • Blue Ox Auto Stop system. Like the Readibrake, has the surge brake built in. Excellent tow bar and braking system.

I would suggest any of the big tow bar manufacturers. I would suggest a MH mounted variety for your toad.
I prefer the Roadmaster products such as the Falcon II.

    X2..

We thought our old Falcon was getting a little loose, so we took it back to the factory. we handed it to them at 8:00 AM they handed it back at 10:00 and it was like new. Charge $150. we did not buy it new but they repaired it anyway. now you can't tell it from new.

Check E-Bay there are some pretty good deals listed.falcon tow bar

  • IMO based on just the warranty we went with a Blue Ox tow bar. Blue Ox warranty 3 years, Roadmaster 2 years.
