Lazy Days FL - Good Service Report

After hearing LD is good with selling but forgets you when you get service, I have a good report to share. Scheduled the Montana for a handful of warranty work. Told them I would be staying for the duration of the repairs but changed my mind since we live relatively close by.

Checked in by service writer Samantha and the FW was in the bay two hours later. Some things could not be repaired in one day. RV tech Steve thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and one repair part had to be ordered. The part didn't arrive till the second week but I don't think that was LD's fault. The FW will have to go back to replace the cracked Corian counter because it, by itself, is a 10hr job and the countertop must be ordered.

Overall, I give LD an A- so I'm very pleased. They could have gotten an A if they had given me a couple of calls to let me know the repair status rather than me having to call them. Regardless, I did NOT experience what others have complained about WRT being forgotten after the sale

He's talking about the Lazydays Dealership in FL, not Lazy Daze the RV manufacturer.

At your suggestion I went over there and there's just too much info they want me to provide.
