Leave equalizer j-hooks on bars when leveling and attached

I don't think it really matters. I leave mine all hooked up, just use the jack to level front-to-back. It may raise the rear of the truck, but that's no problem.

Now, if the front needs to be lowered, yes, I'll go ahead an unhook. I leave the bars in the hitch and just swing them back out of the way.
