LED Flickers

I had something happen yesterday that has never happened, our overhead lighting in our motor home is LED. Yesterday we were in a thunderstorm and heavy rain. The LEDS ,on and off flickered and completely stopped flickering when rain and storm stopped. This is while on battery power. After the rain stopped lights were on for hours no issue. Any thoughts? I opened each cover and checked to see if somehow it was water, nothing there. These lights are also the ONLY owns that were effected, my standard lights were fine. Any help appreciated. One note, the leds lights are strips. Thanks

LEDs respond quicker to small voltage changes. They are the transmitters in fiber-optic cable systems.

This is probably not unusual in the conditions described.

Maybe your electrical system powering the lights was picking up some energy from the lightning. LEDs respond instantaneously to power changes while incandescent lights depend on heat which takes a little time to change. Also the much lower power used by LEDs would make them more responsive to small amounts of energy induced into the wiring from the lightning.

Just a guess.
