Long-term parking/ stabilizing 5th wheel

We're purchasing a lot that we will keep our 5th wheel on indefinitely. We won't be full-time, but pretty much all summer and many weekends.

I would like the best idea to keep the camper rock solid. I was thinking of 6 jack stands on solid blocks to support most if not all the weight off the tires/ suspension.

The ground will be crusher run

Any advice or ideas are appreciated!!
  • Lock arm type stabilizing bar. Bars from the frame to the stabilizers and the frame to the front jacks/ lifting legs..........Camping World & other RV supplies sell them

Blocks would probably work as well.
  • We had a TT on a lot at the lake several years ago. We jacked it up and put it up on blocks, strapped it down and built a deck onto the side (unattached). It was just like a mobile home and there was little to no movement. The tires were left attached, but were covered for when we did decide to move it. We sold it where it was and purchased a mobile home and put on another lot at the lake. I think the small TT is still there or at least it was a couple years ago.
  • I like RR ties that can be cut into different lengths as needed.
