applying throttle 'depends' on the situation...
If slippery, then no way and do NOT change the throttle settings in either direction
But always apply the trailer brakes, even when slippery. Key it to have the
trailer drag the TV 'slightly' and so dependent on the boost level
Human nature is to apply the TV brakes...which most times is NOT what should
be done
