Moreride step above

They have 2, 3 and 4 step configurations. We have a chart at the store that we give to customers to measure their height and width and that gives them the number of steps they need. I think this is it.

The feet extend about 6 inches independently so you can level them out.

How far they extend out various depending upon the height of the rig, mounting positions.

I’ve seen some four step models extend out close to five feet and other four step models extend less than three feet.

I can’t find a maximum or minimum length on the MORryde web site. I remember the four steppers I’ve seen are close to five feet tall in the closed position.

Have you gone to the web site for dimensions? I know they make 3 and 4 step models.

There web site does not say...

I was looking into the possibility of swapping mine for the 4 step... I was at a dealer and walked off right around 5’ with the step parallel to the driveway.

I have a row of arbvorbites that block that side of the trailer, and that is too close for us..

Thanks that is what I needed to know....

Just measured my 3step MorRyde and it needs 38” clearance 90 degrees from the TT side to deploy. TT floor is about 32” from ground for the 3 step unit.

Yes, but have received no response yet...

The more I think about this, I think the distance that is important is the full length when 90 degrees from the trailer, i.e. the swing clearance.

After they are deployed, the distance the steps extend will be less than the swing clearance required when bringing them in or out.

It is a shame that MORryde doesn’t have those numbers available on their web site because that is a fixed number that doesn’t change with the individual rig mounting.
