My FW has Pimples and it is not a teenager.

I purchased a used 1 year old Fifth wheel from a private seller. After I got the FW home I noticed that on the back and also on the side wall there were groups of "pimples" on the wall. I first thought that it was here stales or nails were too long and during construction they almost came though the wall, but there are too many for that. Maybe sand got between the wall and the laminate during construction?????

Out gassing of the fiberglass. It should come inwards and not show with the insulation.

While this is a sign of a possible water leak it could also be from a higher amount of moisture trapped inside the rv from cooking,steam from a shower/tub etc. We had the same sign and it turned out to be water intrusion from a bad window seal resulting in complete replacement of our real wall under warranty.

A classic sign of water intrusion. It does not take much. That blistering condition pops up in RV forums every so often, and in every case I have read and followed a leak was eventually found.

I noticed those on my trailer a few years ago. I dunno what they are, but I don't think they are water damage. They are hard, and the wall is still firm. There haven't been anymore of them since the first time I noticed them.

Water damage. Look for more clues.

It's hard to tell, but it looks like the grain has lifted from the plywood panel behind the wall cover.

It may have been that way for a long time (even new), or it may be a new condition (still grain lift) usually caused by moisture.

All you can do is watch a target spot and compare photos to see if it's progressing. If not there's not much you can do or worth worrying about. If it grows you have a water intrusion problem.
