new bounder/jeep and blue ox

We are purchasing a new bounder and a new jeep to tow. Dealer has proposed a blue OX tow bar and stealth system for towing. I know nothing about these. are they good or what is better. Also, I have large feet and wonder if when not towing the unit will get in way of hard braking or feet on pedal.

also where in a jeep do most put the stealth unit and how are wires routed.
