Norcold refrigerator mistake on symbol panel

Question

We purchased a new Cougar end of 2021. Everything worked fine. Used three times. Turned off over winter. Turned back on two weeks ago by following manual. Freezer isn't cooling, "cabinet" keeps freezing. Found out the manual has symbols reversed. Tried reversing action. Still having trouble. Does anyone have a refrigerator with symbols reversed that can help us? We are supposed to leave in a few days!!! Our model is a N10DCX. We have a Cougar RES25.

If I understand the freezer doesn't cool but the refer cabinet does and can freeze. Not an expert but I would certainly look for a internal fan not working. Does this problem occur on both AC and propane?

Manuals are often generic and I'd go by the panel. :)
