opinions on automatic slider hitches for 5th wheels

Thanks for the info folks, my own research turned up the Superglide and Demco and it seems you can't go wrong with either one.

I have has a Pullrite Superglide for the past 4 years. It has served me well. I like it, but it is a heavy thing and right at 200#.

Who makes the best auto slider ?? That like asking who makes the best truck and we all know which one is the best.

What is popular on one website forum make not be the most popular on another....however as we see on rv.net what brand hitch one owns is usually the best.

Check around some of the other rv 5th wheel forum for a broader look at what folks like.

However I doubt one auto slider brand is "BETTER" than all the others.

based on your subject for the post, my answer would be that I don't have one and never will. :C

Had a PullRite and would have gone with another but it wouldn't work with my new rig. Got a Demco Hijacker and it works just as well. The operating mechanisms are very different.

I've been using the Demco 21K Hijacker autoslide for a year now. Been good.

I've had a Pullrite Superglide since 2008. I like it.

Third year with a Pullrite super glide 18,000.

I've got a Pullrite super glide no complaints here
