Probably the easiest thing would be to carry some fresh water and forget about doing any dewinterizing until you're at your resting spot in FL. I don't know your itinerary or showering schedule, though, so you may have to enlist your fresh water system when traveling. A low of 20f wouldn't prohibit me from using the water system. Heck, it's already warmed up to a balmy 2f here, lol.
