Meramec State park in Missouri. Nice camp ground. We had a site along the river with full hookps which was only $24.00 a night.You also pay a one time fee of $8.50 to enter the park.
To the OP:
Missouri State Parks do not charge an entrance fee (at least that I'm aware of). Since Missouri passing the 1/8 of 1 percent sales tax, Missouri State Parks have been free of entrance fees. I believe the $8.50 is the reservation fee.
