I have seen and read many different options to mount a tv on the outside of your RV. However we spent the last couple of days at the Hershey show and came across a solution that requires no holes in the side of your unit. We just always carry along another 25-foot length of RG cable along with a TV cable TV splitter. Hook that up to the cable tv connector at the pedestal and connect one RG cable to the trailer and then throw the other one under the trailer to use under the awning.Then we can setup our bedroom TV outside sitting on a folding table or something simple.This makes us always bring the TV back inside or sit it inside the storage bay when we walk away from the trailer...Roy Ken

Whatching the videos it gave 2 different warnings. 1) wait 10 minutes before mounting anything on the suction cups. 2) check often to make sure no suction is being lost after mounting your device. (and 3, mount on no porous surface).After having those stick on-suction cups for the windshield of an automobile to hold various devices (like Tom-Tom, and things like that), I don't think I'd ever take a chance on something like this supporting a $300 or more television. I can see it crashing to the ground!The concept is nice but I'll just stick to a very proven way with a 50 foot coax cable. Besides, if you REALLY enjoy watching television outside, sun glare is always a problem. When we watch outside, the television and the quick shades and the chairs get moved around all the time so the screen is not in sun glare.

I put TV on the ouside folding table. I keep toaster oven and coffe pot out there. TV fits to the right...At night I unplug it and bring it in..Cost??? Free!!!!

While the suction cup or chair mount both seem to work fine, you still have to pack up the TV and mount each time you move.My Newmar had a 4" space in the water compartment, so I use an ultra-thin full-motion mount for a 32" TV. My install is near the bottom of this page.When we're ready to leave, I just turn off the TV and close the compartment door:

Neat product, thanks for sharing. I do agree it's pricey. More than what we spent on our outdoor TV for sure. I like the fan holder, but it's even $129. And $49 for a towel holder...lmao No thanks....

It is sad you can't seem to understand people have different idea's of fun! We enjoy watching movies and a camp fire. People that have no constructive points to a conversation coming in and tearing other's down is why I left this forum for so long. Maybe it is time to leave again!!

Our Class C had a bay next to the door that has an electrical and cable outlet in it. We took the tv we put in the TT bedroom and bought a mount. Had CW install it when we were having a lot of other things done a couple years ago. Work good. Just push it back in when done and it locks in place.

On my bosses class A, we attached tv using two hinges so that when traveling, we can swing it up flush inside the storage box and latch it up out of the way.

FYI, we had ours mounted to the outside of our camper, which is not porous, for more than 48 hours this weekend without it moving or losing any suction. Fortunately storing an item smaller than a dinner plate in our 5th wheel is not an issue and the mounting plate just stays on the back of our bedroom tv.
