My first post, but I figure that I would like to chime in. This job doesn't seem much different than what I do for a living, property management for a major telecom company. For us, every location has different certifications, costs, personnel types and inventory structure. Many job postings will show what you should know for that job, but not necessarily use.
To the OP, if I were ready to retire, I would be all over this position. You really should post this in a facility management/mechanics type forum. There are many of us whom are ready to take the next step.
