^^^^^ This plus some visible flags for the end of the trailer. This is how I move my 7000 30' Flatbed trailer into the storage lot.

Has anyone used the Parkit360 motorized dolly for trailer parking. Seems it could be useful but mighty expensive.

Don't forget if you do manage to get it rolling you also have to get it to STOP.

Thx for the replys. As far as how much its gonna be used?? I orignaly bought it just for someplace to sleep when my son and i go on dualsport/enduro weekends,but it may turn into more??There's not enough room for truck and camper to make the turn so it has to be something short. We used a hand 2 wheel dolly from harbor freight to get it where it needs to be for now,but WOW what a pita!!!! With the dolly it barely made the turn without getting off the concrete or hitting the trees or landscape box. I think even a Lawnmower or atv would be too long. The anchor points and winch is a plausible idea if twist in dog stakes would hold? A 2 wheeled power mover or trailer valet xl is the most promising but I don't feel good about buying the trailer valet xl without any real world feedback or reviews? BTW,the remote controlled motors attached to the wheels is a awesome options but there $3000 for a tandem setup and I can't justify that kinda money on my "first camper" that only cost $4500! If I figure this camping thing is something I'm gonna stick with I will prob go that route because they can be transferred to another camper.

You left out an important piece of information here.

How Often do you need to do this???

There is an cheap way that one requires some anchor points.
you need at least one, but two is better ratchet cable hoist(s) (15$us at hazard fright) and a tongue jack wheel if you don't have one. Find the anchor points or make some with dog tie outs, then hook onto the trailer in two places and move it. If it is a tandem and you have to pivot around one tire, the other on that side will have to go sideways. Pick that tire up enough to put: Old glossy magazines, wet plastic film or a tire dolly : under it. You may also want a wheel chock or two. I used to do this several times a year with a 26' 4700# sloop on 1500# trailer (6200 on a scale and up about 3') just to get it where the ordinance officer would leave me alone.

There is also now a thing that I have seen called Easi-move that uses remote controlled electric motors to move the trailer. I sure it isn't cheap, but it could be your best answer.

+1 to mounting a front receiver hitch.

We move trailers around a lot - so I had an "L"-shaped bracket and 2" ball welded to the FRONT of my small Kubota tractor (think big riding mower). It easily parks things in tight spaces; and it's easier than looking over your shoulder.
