Patio rug blowing away?
We carry four empty water jugs on our camping trips. If the wind keeps blowing the patio rug we fill the jugs w/ water and put one on each corner. Works.

Come to Pennsylvania or farther north, lay out your patio rug and spray it with a little water.
It will soon be frozen solid to the ground and the wind won't move it for several months. :(
