I've bought from them twice now and been very happy both times. This trailer they had to fix a wiring issue with the brake lights on the trailer before I could leave. They were very professional and helpful, spent 2 hours fixing the issue, and didn't charge me a dime. (However, due to the extra time, I spent a few dimes in their store. :) )
I'd use one of the online checklists. Do the pickup on Thursday or Friday, and then spend the weekend at Indian Lake State Park (a few minutes away from RVW). This will give you a chance to inspect and try out all of the systems, and go back to RVW right away if you find anything wrong.
