Perseid meteor shower

Anyone finding good dark skies to watch the peak in the next few days?

Michigan has about an half a dozen Dark Sky Parks. I don't have the link handy, but it shouldn't be that hard to find.

We will be camping on the shore of lake Erie in Pennsylvania for the rest of the week hope to see it.

we have been seeing quite a few from the backyard of our S&B.

Hoping to see Perseids. We live north of San Francisco in a pretty dark location.

The best viewing is after midnight as the Earth is then facing into the path of the shower.

I am not sure why, but the Perseids tend to "fizz". By that I mean the tail of some of the shooting stars leave a trail that has a wider than normal path with a scattered pattern.
