I just spent 2 days at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds RV camp in Raleigh N.C. $25 a night, internet, 24 hr security all amenities and level spot and very convenient. They will see my face in the place again!

We have even found many free county fair grounds to overnight in. Of course this is only when no functions are being held. Most times there are no hookups.

I stayed there last year at Christmas while visiting DD and DGD nearby. I don't think there is any size limit, just must be self contained. There are sewer connections, along with water and electric, but no bathhouses.

Planning to stay there again for Christmas this year.

Cool. Sounds like a place we'd like to stay. Any limit on size?

Maybe the mods will consider moving this to the "park & campgrounds" forum.
