PLEASE DON’T LOG OUT

If you use Chrome Browser or any Chromium based browser, the log in is presently broken. IF YOU LOG OUT, YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO LOG BACK IN.

I don’t know why or what’s up, but I assume a recent Chrome update isn’t compatible with our ancient forum software.

My only advice at this point is to not log out, because you won’t be able to log back in with Chrome. Other browsers don’t appear to be affected.

Good information above.

I'll continue to use the Brave browser because:

1. It's faster
2. It uses less memory
3. It's secure
4. It's private
5. It blocks ads and trackers
6. It uses the same engine as Chrome
7. It has never failed on any website I've used
8. The website says 30 million users
9. It's free but there are ways that you can donate

Here is a copy/paste of a post made by moderator 1492 on another forum. It solved the problem on my MacBook Pro using Chrome.

I don't know if what I do is called "log out"
I hit the X in the corner when I get thru playing. While later the screen goes dark. Next time I wiggle the mouse inter password, and click on the chrome, then RVnet. All acted normal

I can not see my private messages since this started a couple days ago.

This is same issue I am having with Edge!
