Power from MH or from TOAD?

Question

I tow a 95 Escort wagon and had it set up at the RV dealership.  I lost power at the plug on the RV and towed it using the toad battery as a power source for the transmission pump until I could get it fixed.  That was a couple years ago, and it is still not fixed - it works just fine the way it is.  Does anyone else do it this way?

I run my pump power from the coach, but I do have it wired so I can switch over to toad power easily if needed. I would be loosing the various control alarm alerts though, if I did that.

don't know how much draw the pump requires but I ran my brake buddy using a portable jump/charger that I wanted to have along anyhow.bumpy
