Prime Time Manufactoring Network

Can anyone tell me how Prime Time Manufacturing is with their customer service. I would like to purchase a new 5th wheel from them for full time RV living. I am mainly concerned with break downs or warranty work that could be needed while out on the road. Do they have a large enough network of dealerships where repairs could be made without a big hassle.
