Just a couple of questions to clarify things.
1. July 29,2014 to August 05,2014? Today is July 06,2014.
2. "A leg of our step stool was cut off by the weedeater when the gardener was clearing the area for us to park"
How did he cut a leg off the stool clearing an area for you to park? It is logical that if you have not parked yet, the step stool would be stowed.
With the rest of the conditions noted,I certainly can understand your disappointment.
I am very surprised that you stayed.
