Problems installing a brake controller... Weird...

TV : 2013 Armada SL with tow package. I took the Hensley True Control Gold brake controller from the old Tundra and using the Nissan's harness, hooked everything up, double checked with Hensley ...

There's a 30A trailer tow fuse or relay, I'm having trouble getting to it so I'm not sure if it's a fuse or relay.
