How do you change a psd picture to jpeg?

Sorry, I meant psd not png. What I wrote is correct for psd files.

But they are not asking about a png file. Pretty much any program can convert png to jpg. Starting out with a photoshop file without photoshop is a little more work.

I suspect that a number of picture viewing programs or simple photo editing programs will also do it. If a program will open a png file it can then probably be saved as a jpg.

psd is an Adobe Photoshop file format. Either Photoshop, or possibly Photoshop Elements would be needed. There is an opensource program called The Gimp that is a Photoshop clone, I think it works with psd files also.
