Question about axle capacity - hub face to spring centr spec

I decided to upgrade and I just ordered a couple dexter 5200 axles for my trailer. While surfing the catalog I found that this particular axle's distance between hub face and spring center should be minimum 13" and maximum 15". My distance Hf to spring center is 16.5". Is this something to be concerned about?

Edit: oh yea I was planning on using less than rated springs (2400 lb each) a better ride anyway so already would be a little less capacity than the full 10400. My loaded axle weight on the scale was 6700 lbs
