"Singing" Hot Water Supply

A new on for me, when I turn on the water in the fiver, it makes a
sound, kind of a whistle or high pitched hum. It started when we moved from one site to another in the same RV park.

It's with both hot and cold.and in the kitchen and bathroom. It seems to come from the bathroom area near the water inlet point.
Any ideas?
