Just returned from a 1500 mile trip out to St. Louis.
We also seen only one other truck camper on the trip near Dyerburg TN. Very unusual.
What you see depends on where you are.
๐ We've just returned from Down Under where "pop top caravans" are
everywhere, as both traditional travel trailers and hybrids.
The only US interpretation of the "pop top" I can recall is one manufactured in the early 2000s by RVision but it soon went the way of the dodo bird, as eventually did RVision itself.
Overall, RV product quality and variety here in N America is a joke compared to what's available in Australia, especially when we're talking off road configurations which are
way beyond anything we could imagine here. Poor us.
