Finally!!! The only document that matters (the benefit guide) is available on line…
“If there are any conflicts between this document and the Benefit Guide, the Benefit Guide shall govern. A Benefit Guide will be sent upon issue of membership.”
Representations made in sales brochures, by sales representatives, or the website that are any different mean nothing…
“You have come to the right place! Based on requests from members and RVers who are (we hope) soon to be members, we've added samples of Member Guides right here for easy access. Click on a link below to view PDF versions.”
After a quick review of only the premier benefit guide it seems, the premier has the same short comings as their top rated plan from previous years with a few additions, and the lessor plans have lessor benefits and lessor value than previous years…
Interesting… from FAQ…
“Basic Membership ($79 per year plus a one-time $10 application fee) - This membership plan provides unlimited roadside assistance coverage for your RV, but does not extend that coverage to any other family vehicles or drivers. This membership also includes our highly-regarded RV Technical Assistance Hotline which can save you time, money, and aggravation by trouble-shooting common issues so you can fix them yourself without interrupting your trip.
Limited Membership ($59 per year plus a one-time $10 application fee) - Limited Membership provides a safety net of Coach-Net emergency roadside assistance and may be a good choice for RVers who do not travel long distances or camp for long periods of time. Coverage is limited to one tow (up to 75 miles) and one other event (tire assistance, battery boost, lockout, emergency fuel/fluid delivery, or winching up to $75) per year.”
