Has anyone checked into renting out their rv or toy hauler? Is there special insurance required for doing this? How do you hold someone accountable for damages? I have been thinking about rentin...

I'm guessing it would become a commercial operation, subject to the rules and regulations of a business.
I don't let anyone use our RV, there's too many things that can go wrong.
Some may tell you they have done it with few problems. There is no way I would lend/rent our RV to anyone, including friends and family.
