It would also be a good idea to check with the business licensing division of your state government (here it is the Secretary of State's office), AND your county or parish, AND your municipality, to see what licenses you will be required to have to operate a business.
Then check to see if there would be any advantage to forming a Limited Liability Company to own the RV. (yes, the dreaded LLC!)
then, of course, check with other RV rental agencies to see what their rates are.
So, let's see:

Registration (possibly)...
LLC costs (maybe)...
Accountants fees (can you handle the tax accounting?)
