Reserve America *##*?s

What happened? It was wonderful last year! This year it just spins and sputters. I have no idea if it is actually working. Problems with double booking sites and campgrounds. Keeps bouncing back to one page over and over, never get to the confirmation page but yet my credit card is charged and the site ends up in my reservation page. Now I have funky charges to my card that i have no idea how to fix.

What did I miss? Did they sell out? Why, why, why is it so sucky this year?

I am so frustrated!

Re: the credit card charges, call RA. They're used to dealing with this stuff.

I've been reserving sites for next winter here in Florida on RA, and haven't had any problems so far.

We struggle with Reserve America mightily.
I have about 20 phone numbers saved and just call direct, way easier.

If I recall correctly there is now a box you need to uncheck and then, after your reservation is finished, click NO to the add-on service. It’s a PITB but a sign of the times.

Oh I see! You now have to pay russians for a bot to book a site. Silly me!
