RV and Camping interest is rising

I just did a search on Google Trends for RV and Camping and the results are interesting.

Looks like folks are searching for RV and Camping terms as much as they did prior to 2008. Could the industry be back to the glory days?

That was my thinking. With the job market recovering and the price of fuel at an almost acceptable rate, I would expect more people are buying RVs and camping more. When gas hit $4/gal we did not camp as much.

Amen to that!! Tuff to get into a decent state park unless you book months in advance.

That was my thinking. With the job market recovering and the price of fuel at an almost acceptable rate, I would expect more people are buying RVs and camping more. When gas hit $4/gal we did not camp as much.

Hmmm...RV related searches are trending upward on google? That's probably just from all of the research I did before I bought mine a couple months ago. I got a bit obsessive. 😄

Yep, we are not the minority anymore. In general, definitely a change, I see it in Colorado, people getting away to the hills. No matter what there transportation.
