Correction, It's "Investors", I'm not speculating. I'm Investing my money legally with the hopes of making a profit on my investment. Same as you buying a stock that you think will go up in price. Except I am buying a commodity, perfectly legal.
But you are probably only buying a "few" shares. The speculators are buying thousands of shares. Well, we don't have to worry, the gov't is now going to help BP with the oil spill. Plus I understand they've shut down several near by oil rigs. This week I expect to see another jump in gas prices.:R
