It seems to me that in the past when Diesel prices started to soar like this, There would be an outburst from the trucking industry and the threat of shut downs etc.. Fast forward to present and I think as prices rise there is no more checks and balances most have just decided to pass it on to the consumer. there was an .80 cent per gallon gap between gas and Diesel just this week. I guess we are glad that gas has come down some Diesel seems to be a different storey.
