Since may 2005.

It is a 30-foot type C motorhome.

Since it is paid for, I'll keep it until I decide a different type of RV meets my changing lifestyle, or until I have no use for a RV at all. Death of a life partner is a lifestyle change I have not yet sorted out, but we do not want to rush these things.

The RV could very well be replaced by something smaller, or someplace permanent on a lake, in a snowbird destination, an apartment in a European city, or a house in Provence, Tuscany, Transylvania or Hunnan, a flat in San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Paris, Prague, Budapest or Bratislava, or something on the side of a mountain on a tropical island. I'm not rushing it, I'm waiting to see what the children do with their lives and where my heart takes me.

FWIW, I don't get rid of things because they are old or something newer comes out. It is about needs changing. I have lawn mowers that qualify as antiques and use some inherited tools that are older than I am. That's really old.

Looks like most are in for the longhaul with the set up they have; unless lifestyle changes.

We also started with a popup for 5 years before buying the TT last July.

Like many have said, we plan on keeping it until the wheels fall off (mine or the TT's)

Q: Bought mine new around Halloween of 2011.
Q: Palomino Puma 25RS. No slide-outs, and two reclining chairs.
Q: It has done exceedingly well, but I'm going to be trading it in for a small motorhome, just because the motorhome is far easier for "hop in and go" trips.

First tt was in 1998. Then a larger tt. Then a third - and far too large tt (37 feet long & pulled by a Suburban = 62 feet!), then 38 foot 5er (still too long!) and now a wonderful 34 foot 5er and long bed Chebby - has this since 2006 and will be our last one. How long? Not sure but no plans to give it up yet. Maybe 3-5 more years....depends on health mostly. Good now but .........

It still fits our needs well, is in perfect condition and I could find nothing better at the RV show so we'll likely keep it another 5~10 years.

we've owned our current class A MH for 15-years, the one before it also for 15-years. we're actively seeking to trade it for a new class A within the next month or so. hope to keep that one for 15-years.
