I agree with the above. Consider the owner investment in the machines in these laundramats around the country. Then there is installation, maintenance, operating expenses, lights, gas, water, insurance. Then there is the building. Taxes, structure upkeep, rent, or if laundry owner owns the building then taxes, plus sales taxes and it goes on. So you go in with your wash and as mentioned above you use multiple machines to get it all done in a decent time frame and out you go for another week, 10 days, 2 weeks. Think about it! A bargain really. Your complaints have no legitimacy. Just a bunch of tight wads complaining about a business setup to serve you the public and make a profit for the owner/investor.
