RVs parked on Los Angeles city streets risk getting towed

Our city has regulations on where you can park not only on the street but in the driveway and yard. The rules require certain surfaces and screening for yard parking. They do not allow the use of an RV anywhere except in an RV park to live in and you can not leave it in the street for more than 48 hours. This also includes any type of trailer or boat.
