Saw Marcus

on TV at the Camping World sponsored truck race. A division dedicated to get new drivers started.
Wanted to say thanks for helping young people learn to race, and in the process. Allowing us to watch some great racing.

In truth. It is all of you who shop at CW that help to sponsor the trucks. I don't shop there, because there isn't one near me. But according to Marcus. The truck sponsorship is helping him to open more stores. Maybe he could open one near Maiden. We have a ton of campers here.

On the other hand. It appears the truck drovers are having a hard time playing together. They keep running into stuff, Like walls.

    At one time there was a Club, Called "Race Goers" they always tried to get their RVs set up on the infield in the first turn. Don't know if they still exist

    CW and NASCAR are a perfect match. Between the mobile driver/crew quarters and the infield fans, there's a bunch of RVs at the races. I don't think the TV crews could avoid showing them on the air even if they wanted to.

    BTW "terryallan" put your comments in the "Dear Marcus" section -
    says he's been able to open lots of new stores due to NASCAR CW exposure.

    Need to go to bed. 4:30 comes early. but want to see IF there will be any one left in the race. Prolly sleep in the chair. AGAIN

    Yeah, and one of the main crashers is the most veteran driver there.

    Yeah I saw him too. Good to have an extended commitment to the truck series. Watching the Kansas race as I write this and it's turning into a crash-fest! :E
