second try - Harbor Freight axle over conversion

i lengthened the tongue and its only lowering by a couple of inches, i dont think the end bottoming will be of concern. i am more worried about the axle being upside down, so to speak and if this will put undo stress on the u bolts.

i know a couple inches may not be a big deal, but its to carry a very long bike and so so the ramp i need currently is ridiculously long, so trying to do whatever i can to make loading/unloading easier.
