I have a lot with a concrete pad that is 12 inches higher than the sewer inlet drain in the ground. I am trying to find a 6-8 inch extension that I can screw into the ground inlet pipe (the one that we all take the sewer cap off to use in campgrounds etc.) I can't find anything anyplace. I have put an extension on the motorhome to lower the hook up to the motorhome. But the pad now is in the way to make the proper angle to the sewer inlet pipe.

Don't understand your problem. Poop runs downhill. Seems like you have exactly what you need. But meanwhile, just look in the plumbing section at Lowes or Home Depot. Take a few pictures, show your problem to them, and they can probably sell you exactly what you need.

Can't you just extend the sewer pipe up to whatever level you need?

Assuming 4" fitting, Get a 4' MIPT X 4"ABS glued adapter to screw in, a piece of 4" ABS pipe and a 4" FIPT X 4" ABS glued adapter, Screw the male adapter into the existing, cut the pipe to whatever length you want, glue the three pieces together and you have the extension you want.This is assuming it is a 4" sewer pipe. I wouldn't use the hard pipe from the mh to the inlet....you don't want a horizontal length more than a few inches...gravity is your friend.

When I find a sewer hookup that does not allow me to screw in my stinky slinky adaptor due to the hose hitting another object, I just disconnect the hose from the adaptor...screw in the adaptor first then connect the hose. I have the Rhino stinky slinky and all connects are removable.

Threaded fitting? Try Home Depot or plumbing supply.

If you ever plan on moving the RV again and want to be readily able to reconnect, you may want to check a farm supply store for heavy rubber hose to make the connection. It would allow for a little flexibility in location of the fittings but still give you a more permanent connection than a regular RV drain hose.

Simple, I just did it.
You use a 4" threaded male to glue PVC fitting into the existing ground female fitting. Then a short piece of four inch PVC pipe to that and then a four inch female threaded to glue PVC fitting to that and You are good to go.
You can get all the fittings at any Lowes or Home depot very cheap.

Again I should have mentioned I am using a hard extendable sewer pipe from the motorhome to the sewer inlet.

OK. so you can't buy a 4 or 6 inch extension. You have to build one. You would think they would have one that screwed in with, a female threaded receptacle to receive your motorhome hose. By the way I am using a hard pipe to the sewer inlet so the cement pad stops it from lowering sufficiently.

You need to extend the in-ground pipe 6-8" Ok.. here is what you need

A PVC fitting that fits into the hole,m Likely a 4" Theaded adapter

A very short PVC pipe

A Pvc threaded adapter (One is male one is female)

Some Pipe adhesive.

Cut and assemble, (But do not glue) if necessary re-cut .. When you like it, Glue it.. That way it will be easier to get off later if necessary.

I found several locations where the sewer screw-on cap is recessed in a concrete pit, and the pit is so small that it is impossible to screw in an RV fitting and attach the sewer hose.

So I made a 4" high extension like mentioned above to use on those locations.
