Slide not working but motor is/ broken shear pin

I'm supposed to be going away this weekend and my slide is not going out. It's the cable type by accu slide and the rv is 2013 torque 301 toy hauler.there is a pin/shaft that connects the motor and a gear box that is broken. I see my other slide that is the same setup the pin is connected. The motor spins and has power. 3 questions: since the motor spins the gear box I can't manually crank the slide out now right? Also are all those cables under tension or can I just unscrew the motor from the wall? Can I get on top of slide to work on it cause I don't see how to reach everything without 6 foot arms? Thank you very much for any help. I really don't want to have to wait for a dealer.
