Ignoring the fact this is a blatant advertisement, I see no practical reason for such a rig. Contrary to what you imply, it is much more expensive than 4 down towing parts and accessories. It has a high inconvenience factor (makes that 24 foot truck camper 40 plus feet long, so you have to find either a site that long or jockey around the trailer and if you have a motorhome, you will need to use the mortorhome to jockey around that trailer, because I don't believe there is a towing package for a Smart Car). Also, it appears to be virtually useless for anything but trailering a smart car. At least a flatbed trailer can be used to haul many things. Decide the Smart car isn't meeting your future needs, the trailer becomes a white elephant. With 4 down towing, much of your equipment can be used when you change towed vehicles, not this trailer. Looks like a waste of money to me.
