I’m 68. And take Gabapentin for arthritis. This is my only prescription. She is 65. Has no prescription. We r very healthy yet Blue cross wants 500 for first month and 800 for the second!!?Is there another way?

I'm not sure what you are looking for - "Another way" for Health insurance? Go on Medicare. "Another way" to get your prescription? Pay cash, It's about $25.00.

As you are on Medicare, you probably have a drug plan. Which one? Check and see if the Humana Walmart drug plan could save you some money. Be thankful that you only have one medication.

Sounds pretty expensive for Part B.

If the Rx is less than the price just pay out of pocket. Might check if this scrip is one the manufacture gives discounts to those that can't or aren't covered by other ins.
