Absolutely not. That's the beauty of my proposed rule. Can't take pictures, so there won't be pictures, so it didn't happen.
Never said for the DRIVER to take pictures while towing a "mammoth."
Taking pictures is the passengers job. If you have no passengers, you also have no-one to verify. :B
