Manufacturers why don't you install roof top antenna's for wi-fi amplifiers and antenna's for cell phone signal amplifiers???

My coach has a very nice channel from the outside front access hatch area up to the overhead entertainment area inside. The overhead area also gives me access to cables passed through a roof penetration cap. The channel did not have a pull string from the factory, but it does now. The frame diagram labels the channel as the 'A' pillar. ;)
