Suggestions for a work camper in a rustic campground

I need some suggestions on how to supply my trailer as a resident manager in a rustic campground with hand pumps as fresh water source and pit toilets. All campers are expected to dump gray and black ...

I'd look to see if there will be any dump station at another location within easy driving distance, where you could tow your trailer about once per week and do a dump/refill.
